Shrenik has been an accomplished engineering and business leader with over 25 years of experience driving hardware, embedded software, electromechanical product development, technical program management, and cross-functional team leadership across the aerospace, automotive and off-highway industries. He has successfully led large, global engineering teams on high-stakes programs—such as the design, testing, and FAA certification of Boeing 787 Fly-By-Wire flight control systems at Rockwell Collins (now acquired by Safran from Raytheon), in-flight entertainment systems at Panasonic Avionics, as well as building and overseeing in-house, rugged electronics design, autonomous solutions, manufacturing and complex embedded systems development at CNH Industrial.

Through decades of collaboration and leadership, Shrenik has built deep, trusted relationships with senior executives, engineering heads, and key decision-makers across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners. Subramanian Iyer is an experienced AI leader with over 20 years in software engineering, data science, and AI, delivering enterprise-scale AI, ML, and data transformations that have created multi-billion-dollar business impact across retail, logistics, and finance.

Subramanian has been in executive roles leading modeling, predictive analytics and AI teams that integrate science, engineering, and product. He has defined data science and AI strategy and implementation at QXO (construction distribution), Albertsons (grocery), Target (retail), First Republic Bank (now part of Chase, private banking and wealth management) and Goldman Sachs (investment banking) managing teams that have built data and AI products embedded in operations, forecasting, and customer strategies. He has 8 patents and over 20 conference publications from his early career as a hands on technologist in Google (ads order management), Synopsys (chip design verification), Fujitsu (R&D) and Lucent Bell Labs (telecom).

He brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and strategic business acumen — scaling cross-functional teams, launching enterprise AI platforms, and embedding AI into core business processes. His work spans Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, and applied data science, always with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Subramanian received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UT Austin, B. Tech. from IIT Bombay in Computer Science, and General Management Program from Harvard Business School. His doctoral research in symbolic model checking was advised by Turing Award-winning computer scientist Prof. E. Allen Emerson, shaping his approach to rigorous, scalable solutions - an area that has become increasingly critical in an era of AI-generated code.
